Is there a model or part number of any kind on that tag?

Will D, Pretty neat that you were able to find that chart. I did about as much research as I am able and didn't get that far.
The only numbers on this unit are 24582 on the bracket and N1539 on the lid. I am unable to see (clearly) if those numbers are on the chart you'd kindly found.
