Default speedometer gear

For a Borg Warner in-driveshaft over drive in a '36 with a 4.11 rear, stock tires, I think I need a 16 tooth plastic gear. I currently have a 20 tooth gear and the speedometer shows 25 when I am going 50. I have had the speedometer cleaned and calibrated.

The 20 tooth gear I have has the number 6150862 on it.

Any idea where I can get a 16 tooth that looks like this? A quick on line search did not turn anything up.

I think the smallest you can get in that type of gear is a 19 tooth, at least that was the smallest I could find online. Here is an example:
