Default teacup tail light bracket.

I am installing Tea cup tail lights on my 1929 Business Coupe and need to know the height that the light bracket is mounted on the fender and also is it mounted in the centre or is more to the outside? The fenders I am using have no holes drilled in them. Thanks in advance.
