Default T-5 transmission kit- who's making them?

I got a T-5 transmission yesturday while buying some other parts, and I've decided I'm going to put it in my speedster. I like the 4 speed and mitchel set ups better, but in a speedster this transmission set up will be just fine. I tried calling "auto restorations" to talk to them about their kit, but I guess they're out of business or their phone number has changed? Does anybody know anything about this? If they're not selling a kit, is anybody else?

I think that MACS Speed Shop here in New Zealand makes a kit, possibly retaining the torque tube? Usually the gearstick is in the wrong place unless it came from one specific model?
Graeme McNeil's kits are sold to the States. check out his website:

Steve Serr of www.millerhi-speedheads.com makes one:

Picture
Transmission Adaptor
The kit consists of an aluminum adaptor plate which mates a Borg Warner, T-5, 5-speed transmission (14 splines on input shaft), from a 1985 to 1992, two wheel or four wheel drive Chevy S-10 pick-up truck or Blazer, to a Ford AA or BB truck bellhousing behind a 1928 to 1934 Ford four cylinder engine.
The kit also includes a pedal shaft and brace for the stock brake and clutch pedals, a new Ford throw-out bearing and hub, a pilot bearing, and the front bearing retainer from an early Ford transmission.
Price: $600.00 (USD)

Dave Delhomne (Ford Barn Username Old Victoria) (Morgan Hill, CA) said he's still building overdrives and kits, 408 722 2518

The owner of Auto Restorations unfortunately developed Alzheimer's Disease, and they are out of business.

Also, if you go the T-5 route, consider reading the following thread I posted a while back regarding my own experience with the T-5 modification:

The MACs Speed shop kit includes a cast aluminium bell housing eliminating the need to find an AA or BB housing
