Default An interesting one in NZ

Saw this yesterday, 1931 Canadian Deluxe Tudor, one of the last into NZ
Has factory twin side mounts, twin tail lamps, cowl lamps [gone]. A very small number came here in early 1932, before the new B4 & V8 arrived mid year.
The Canadian Tudor was a 'deluxed' std. Tudor & did not have the adjustable drivers seat etc of the US Dlx Tudor. This car has the usual Canadian '30 style firewall, but another one I know has the indent one. Canada was adding deluxe items to cars in '31 to sell, some even came from the factory with spare tyre metal covers, quail, carpets etc ; I believe this may be one of them & worth saving.
Body is sad but repairable, the fenders are not too bad. Upshot is the owner is using the chassis & running gear for another A & is selling off the remainder.
I thought barners would be interested to see something unusual here in NZ, & I just wish it could be saved.
Cheers - Tom in NZ.

Nice you better save and buy the remainder. Should keep it intact!

You are right there Manuel, but with all the ebay imports, just about outnumber the original Aussie A's.
Most of the '31's in NZ are also ex US or Argentina but original ones are very elusive, but exist. Cheers

All the more reason to sae it in my book. Does the owner know what he's doing by breaking it up and what body is he going to put on the chassis?
