Default Something New, Something Old!!!!!

While passing time, I'm always looking for something 30s era that could fit into Sarah's door pouch and I came across this that I just required or rather jumped on as fast as I could!!!! Now it's just a membership card for membership with the Chicago Motor Club dated 1935 and the member has been a member for five prior years. Fit's in good with the Chicago Motor Club plate topper along with Sarah's new jewelry but.............I like research and while searching the name of the member, I found that I have a piece of Chicago History, no not a membership card for Al Capone ( I wish) but someone who has a star on Hollywood Boulevard!!!

Also picked up a Pinkerton Detective Agency decal for Sarah's window, 30s era for the Chicago Motor Club.

Thanks....found this, a publicity shot date 1937. I'd like to find out if he drove a Model A. Search continues.

Sarah is now protected by the Pinkerton Agency, a perk being a member of the Chicago Motor Club....I wonder if Al Capone was a member????? I guess though, no one in their right mind would mess with Al Capone's car.

The decal was quite old and I didn't know if it would water transfer OK but other than two places, it went quite well.
