Default What year T?

Hi all,
Hopefully a picture of a camper is attached. The post where this is from said it is a Ford. Any ideas based on what little can be seen on the year?

I would agree with Dodge. It is definitely a model T. The length would make it a truck. It looks like a high radiator. The front wheels look like 21" which came out in 1925.
It is nice to see that unusual vehicle.
Thanks for posting it.
