I have a set of curb feelers in the box somewhere around here if I can find them. They were use a lot back in the 50's. I still have the spinner knob that had my girls picture in it now my wife.It scare the heck out of the mice when I set it out.Well its about time for my nap I guess.

Hi Ken. Here's a couple of suggestions: Baxter Ford Parts (785)-842-9256 and Dennis Carpenter. I've had good luck finding a few NOS pieces for my 46 through them both. Steve

The guys at the counter at Dennis Carpenter will tell you that the best source of '55-'56 parts is Don Stickler, who is located near Salisbury, NC. Very nice guy. He ships. You can contact him at 704 857-7123.

It's a long shot but you might try Green Ford Sales, they buy up old Ford dealership inventory, and I think the have only NOS, no reproduction stuff (might be wrong).
I've got a few pieces from them. You need the part # but they've been helpful when I called. Here's the link: http://www.greensalescompany.com/GreenSalesInventory.asp |

Baxter is good for early V-8 parts, but I doubt they have anything for '56 models.......Bob L
