kwisor,

I have been working on cars all my life and have a degree in mechanical engineering. I also found the instructions to be confusing and had to read through all the instructions several times and watch the videos several times. Just take your time and if you have questions as you go ask the group or a local Model A person who has installed the kit. Make sure your brakes are in good shape to begin with.

Another hint is to use an IR temperature sensor to help adjust the brakes. The front brakes should be a little warmer than the back. Mine are about 135 in the front and 125 in the rear after a normal drive. It took me about 5 drives to get them mostly correct and I still plan some additional adjustments.

Driving's a blast, a blast from the past.

One of the frt roller pins. I have emailed ted. he said he would look into it i hope that does not take long i would like to get this completed
