Default 'Early" banjo bolt configeration.

Has anyone noticed this bolt configuration before. When in the restoration business a few years ago, I had the fortune to restore two very 'early' cars with this configuration. Both were Phaetons with the emergency to the right (RHD).
Both cars had consecutive engine, frame and body numbers. No other vehicles here had a frame number except the very early cars. In 48 years I have only heard of two others.
This bolt configuration I would suggest is extremely rare and I have never heard it mentioned in any Ford Barn posts on rear ends.
Has anybody seen this configuration before?

This is the first I've seen or heard of such a bolt pattern.
Nice looking rear end............If you were a female, you'd slap me for saying that!

This is a Ford Canada modification sometimes seen on v.early Canadian Model A's.
Probably trying to strengthen everything up until the extra metal was added by Detroit.
The earliest Model A known in New Zealand, CA 67, owned by Bick, has this type rear end with extra bolts.
