For a real cheap and fast fix that might work, it looks like your overflow pipe is quite low in the radiator. Cut a short length of rubber hose and put it on the end of the overflow pipe to raise the entrance up to the top of the neck.

What post #60 said works perfect i did drill 4 1/8" holes around the perimeter of my thermostat put in a 180 degree.

Now i have a new cap and put a piece of rubber hose on the overflow,drove today 30 miles and not a drop of coolant lost.
