Less than 2 weeks ago (???), there was a discussion about an emergency hood release cable in case the under dash cable broke. Can anyone help me track down that discussion? Thanks!!!

Re: Hood Release Cable
Many thanks!!!!! I replaced mine less than 3 months with a Dorman universal kit, but yesterday it took all I had to pull to get it to release. Need to install a more "fail safe" cable just in case. Again, thanks for the assist!!!!!!
