Default Hood alignment

I am starting to put the pieces together for my Model A C-Cab delivery. My question is: Should the radiator perpendicular to the frame for proper hood alignment? I would think this is where the proper alignment of the hood to the cowl starts. If I put a long straightedge on the frame, will the radiator be 90 degrees to it?

Yes, pretty much (within a degree or two).
