Default Radiator lower tank splash shield 1934 pickup

I am putting together a 1934 pickup. How is the 46-16550 shield different than a 40-16550? I think the outer edge is shaped to fit by the grill but don't have enough info to cut up my new reproduction car part to fit my pickup. Any one have a diagram?
Thanks

Hi; The 33/34 commercial trucks used their own splash shield below the rad/grill. it has a bead and a curl at the end of the frame horn extension. Big truck versions have cut-outs for a tubular crossmember [ license mount]. Pickup no cut outs. Only repos are fiberglass.
Sharp-eyed V8ers can spot them at Swaps ect. Newc

The shield I am asking about is sandwiched between the radiator and the frame crossmember. The spring radiator mounting bolts go thru this panel. It is mostly covered up and not seen from the outside. There is a hole for the hand crank.

The "green bible" has an illustration #P109 on page 347 showing a 1934 passenger car part 16550.
The text is on page 611 and has passenger car 40-16550 and commercial truck 46-16550.
My question is how do I make the repop car panel into a commercial panel. How are they different?
Thanks for any help from someone who has done this before.

You can order a drawing of the part from the Benson Ford Research Center for $30/part number if you can't find the details of the modification anywhere else. There is an order form on their website.
