40 coupe project - price cut

I’ve I’ve had this on the back burner for a long, long time, and have since bought a complete driving 40, plus I’m building my 40 pickup.
At my age this is a dream, so time to pass it on.

It is an old Hotrod, found in MS. Showing remnants of a cool old R&P interior, several colors of paint and has a vintage dropped axle. Stock drive train with an 8BA core motor that turns over. The rear fenders have been leaded to the body, and the deck lid is shaved and leaded.
Yes, it all needs media blasting, but the sheet metal is smooth with no dents.

MIGHT trade for Brookville traditional 32 roadster body, but need the room.

THE GOOD:
Solid, no rot, uncut frame
Vintage dropped axle
Stock 40 brakes, trans, rear end, steering, column and shifter
Deluxe dash with NIB Drake speaker grille and glove box door
Tested and tanked 40 flathead radiator
Perfect rain gutters
Nice, no rot trunk floor and tool tray
Nice front fenders, with headlight buckets
Nice inner fender panels
Nice stock Deluxe hood with trim and hinges
Nice uncut firewall
Nice solid doors
Complete set old chrome garnish moldings
Perfect, NEW black leather, split back stock seat
New repro Deluxe grille with trim
NIB Drake running boards and covers
Nice no rot trunk lid, shaved and leaded. Surface rust only.
All window and door mechanisms
All nice stainless trim with new clips
F&R bumpers, bumper guards and brackets
Headliner bows
Rear fold down opera seats (need recovering)
All new rubber, window channels, felts, etc.
New Posies rear spring pack
New Drake rear sway bar and shock kit for banjo rear
New reversed front main leaf
New poly gas tank and filler tube
Electric wiper motor, with nice towers
Blasted and powder coated wheels
Plus many, many small pieces and parts, loose and in boxes.

THE BAD:
Front floor in front of seat is gone (have NIB Paul Bradley floor pan)
Lower trunk outside panel is repaired and leaded (have NIB Drake panel)
Firewall removed by drilling spot welds (have perfect uncut blasted f/w)
Lower rear quarters have small rust out area (have NIB Drake panels)
LF inside cowl brace is rusted (have nice stock replacement)
Glass (have originals for patterns)
