Default Horn, for what?
Cleaning horn armature and brushes, these appeared on the table, must have to do with the brushes. Where and how do they fit in and are they necessary?

I saw nothing that had been left out so I don't think it will matter if it is put back together without them.

Picture isn't clear enough to determine what those are, or what they are made of.

At first glance I thought they might be the horn terminal connectors, but those should be soldered to the ends of the field coils.

Brass angles, bent at bout a 45 degree angle, each leg about 3/16” by 3/16” wide.

The brush holders are made of brass. Look the terminals and the brush holders over and make sure they are intact.

Some of the brass brush holders have gizmos in them to hold the brush against the brass in the long dimension so they maintain good contact with the brush holder and don't float around. Not the springs on the end, but they push sideways against the brush when you insert the brushes into the holder. I can't tell from the photo but is it possible that's what you have? You would be able to fit them inside the brush holder if so.
