Default '32 cab,use model A doors???

I have a very rough '32 cab That a friend wants to use for a HOTROD. Has anyone ever FUDGED model A doors on one? Even rough original doors are out of his reach and I have plenty of usable but not nice A ones. Not looking for a judgement call, but actual experience.

Sorry but it does seem this project will struggle to become something if funds are this tight. . But adversity can bring strength . Given time could you fab some doors using the A doors as an internal start for a frame? Pics of the basic cab would sure help formulate ideas.
