aluminum fan 2 blade
Has anybody replace water pump,and replaced the fan with a new aluminum type fan.hows it working and is it keeping the engine cool.i need some expert advice from you guys.thank you

Bought Mike's leak less pump and fan. Had them prefit because the first pump shaft had been miss drilled.
Can replace fan without pulling radiator.

Yup, rebuilt my fan and use an aluminum fan with great success.

I recommend you install the collar with an allan set screw and a nylon washer on the front of the waterpump to lock the shaft. It will be hidden under the new aluminum fan. out of sight of any nit picker.

I replaced my pump and fan last year. No issues other than I had to grind a little on the nose of the replacement pump as the fan was rubbing on it.
