Default Engin size

I am re-building this truck (total frame off restoration). The body work, gearbox and diff is complete. Removed the one top and noticed a 0.3mm ridge on the sleeves. What I realy want to know is whether one can identify an egin as being a 221 or 239 from lokking at something. What I do know is that it is a 90hp based on the serial number which start with 11A-. Will apreciate your knowledge sharing.
