They had them at Hershey two years ago and the vendor told me people wanted Good quality at base model price. His was an authentic reproduction and sold for $220 dollars. So if you want the better quality be prepared to pay the price. Wayne

Find a local garage that uses a uniform service or contact one in your area directly. Might even be able to get Ford logo and your name on it. FWIW

I understand that the brown ones with the red logo breached copyright, that's why they are no longer available. Seems a long time for copyright to still apply. Any other supplier would be up against the same problem.

If an Orchard Supply Hardware is available in your area, they have good washable ones that we use in the shop.

If you plan on welding while wearing the coat, get 100% cotton ones.

This is one from Vintage Shop Coats that is now out of business;

It also had ford script brass buttons.

This was on their site;
"Ford Oval and nameplates are owned and licensed by Ford Motor Company.
Manufactured by Vintage Shop Coats."

They could have been asked to pay more for licensing I guess.

I poked around a little and found this;

It does not mention the style the lady is making but it is recent information.

Gempler's makes one I use in my shop. They are a dark blue which hides oil and other stains well. They launder very well.

I guess I just don't get it. Do people still go to their shop in "good clothes" and have to wear an overcoat? My "shop uniform" is jeans and a sweatshirt. I have two categories of jeans and sweats. The unstained for normal wearing, and my ever growing pile of work clothes. New clothes start in category one and seem to naturally migrate to the work clothes pile!

When you break down motors and clean up the parts for a rebuild, it is a very dirty job. A shop coat makes perfect sense to me when doing so. The shop coats in my shop are for using, not looking at. No Ford logos on mine....
Good Day!
