Default New England area automotive shop help

Any of you New England area Fordbarn members know of a automotive shop that has the old type, (for example a ,Sun) distributor machine, that can setup the advance curve on a 1970's distributor with just a mechanical advance ? I am located on the South Shore of Mass. Thank you.

Is Don still around?? I first met him in the late 50's when he was working out of a gas station on the Berlin TPke (before he moved up the tpke) and used to see him at Conn. Dragway in the 60' s and 70's. If not, who is running his shop.

Google Says; Don's Automotive Specialties - 2193 Berlin Tpke, Newington, CThttps://www.yelp.com › ... › Automotive › Auto Repair
Don's Automotive Specialties · 2193 Berlin Tpke. Newington, CT 06111. Directions · (860) 666-9156. Call Now · More Info. Hours · From the Business. Specialties.
Says they open Monday, 12PM, updated 6 weeks ago.
From what Charlie said, he knows someone that has machine but didn't want to get involved because the machine owner says it often take several passes to get the settings right. Better to wrk more local.

Don passed away several years ago. His son Paul runs the business now. Real nice guy and recurved a 409 Chevy distributor for me about 4 years ago. It has never given me a problem.
