The below message appears when I open my Messages. So I See the 25 Messages BUT WHERE are the 500 that it's telling me I have STORED? And NO I don't want to emptythe folder because I will then loos the all, correct?

Inbox contains 25 messages.
You have 500 messages stored, of a total 500 allowed. (Empty Folder)

500 is the maximum number of messages that you can have stored in ALL folders, including your Inbox and the Sent messages folder, as well as any custom folders you have created, if any.
