Default Coker tires

Hello gang. I have a question about Coker tube type tires. I bought a new set along with the tubes rated @32psi. The problem is they seem to be losing air. I've tightened the tube stems but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know anything about this?

Cheap rubber in the tubes. It is my understanding that Bratton's had a run of good tubes made.

Check the valve stems for leaks. I used a clear plastic tube filled with water to check for a slow leak.

I’m also looking to replace my tires and tubes. Tam’s didn’t seem to know about the “Cheap Tubes” on the market. I don’t want to buy junk especially expensive junk! So maybe I’ll call Brattons

Call Bratton's, but they had a lot of problems with their tubes used with radials. They will be straight with you, regardless.

I agree. Bratton’s is great to work with.

What's the matter with the tubes in the tires on your car right now?

Coker have a range of tubes from cheap to incredibly expensive radial rated and weigh a ton. Which ones were they?

In the latest Paul Shinn video he talked about a guy he knew that had just put a new set of tubes in his Model A tires, drove maybe a hundred miles and had a blow out.

Turns out the rubber valve stem blew off of the inner tube.

Talk about cheap junk, geez.

Makes having a 1969 era muscle car w/ tubeless tires a lot easier to deal with than the junk inner tubes we are experiencing on the older cars

Spittle works good, always right there when one needs it.
