Any one have a really good photo of where the handbrake cable attaches near the front of torque tube on a 39 1/2 ton? my truck had none of the e-brake hardware on it when i got it. Thanks in advance!

Maybe this will help, the bracket came on my 39, cable from Macs, the cable retainer is Chinese trash hence the safety wire.
The clevis was meant to be temporary but may be permanent.

I’m in the same predicament. I need one of those front brackets.

pictured adapter between the wishbones, also don't forget the rubber cable guides that attach to the wishbones those are often missing and the last pictures is the dust boot were the cable enters the drum.

The front bracket could be fabricated without too much trouble. The pics above show it two different ways around. I believe the second set of pics show it the right way around.

Mart.
