Default 41 Pickup interior liner

Need to locate supplier for original panels. Upholstery guy says it will save making it up from scratch. He will cover over it with vinyl.

Call Lebaron Bonney, they can supply you with panel material for you too cover or they can supply you with the original panel material if that is the direction your going.

About the only original panels are the seat cover and headliner kit. 41 Trucks had no door panels or carpet. Unless you are doing a "correct" restoration I believe the headliner kit will disappoint you. There is a gap between the top of the seat and the bottom of the cardboard headliner. These trucks had rubber mats and no weather stripping. That being said Dennis Carpenter and others sell headliner kits that include kick panels.

I bought the fiberglass headliner for my 46/7 trucks, fits like a glove. It looks just like the cardboard one

I called Lebaron Bonney. The material is around $200 and the shipping would be about the same so it is not worth it. The upholstery guy can make his own unit for less. Thanks for the help.

I'd love to have one of these for my 41 but a friend bought one and the shipping nearly killed him! Does anyone sell them and deliver to Charlotte during the Spring Auto Fair ?

Why don't you arrange to pick it up at Carpenters while you are there. Its only a couple of miles.

How does the headliner fit around the rear window? Does the cardboard bow out and leave a gap around the perimeter of the window?

It fits under the rubber window seal.

Try Quiet Ride Solutions in Stockton. They make the ABS plastic panels. www.quietride.com. Much better than the cardboard ones. They also make the best firewall insulators.

41pickup....You are right. They can order it at $220. How could I miss that, right in my own backyard I looked in the online catalog and couldn't find it. Should have called earlier. Thanks for the tip.
