Default 36 pickup experts rear fender brace

Working on my 36 pickup rear fenders. They were in the bed, and a little banged up. I cannot figure out how the rear braces fit. I have tried every way possible and they don't seem to work. I'm thinking they also might bolt to the frame. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Ron

They bolt horizontally to the two bottom fender bolts. The fender side bolts out in the middle of the fender about 1" above the reveal line.

Ron, Took these pictures [at work] for you, these are from my 35 pickup L/H/R . Cant guarantee that the brace is genuine, the other side just seems to be a flat bar Hope it helps.
