Default Wiper motor identification

I recently purchased a wiper motor off of ebay for five dollars with free shipping . I thought if nothing else I could take it apart to see how the work. The number on it is CSM 110 1. Does anyone know what that fits?

I have a 1950 ford, F1....I hooked up the vacuum line and it turns the driver side.
I have no idea how to hook up the rider side as the bar has slots and fall off as it turns.
How the heck do I secure this bar to work??? do you have any sketch I can use...Then I can test it and see if I need a new motor?
Also...the motor has 2 vacuum fittings....I used one, the other???
