Can someone give me the diameter of the front spindles at the rear wheel bearing as well as at the outer wheel bearing?

Do you mean 'inner'?

Are you looking for the Ford spec, or what people have measured?

It helps to know what you're working on.
Are you troubleshooting the fit of bearings to spindles?
If so, to find the problem, you would need the Ford specs, which I don't have.

Here's some part numbers, you can probably pull up the dimensions using these numbers:

Front wheels
A–1201 Front wheel inner race 15250 Timken
A–1202 Front wheel inner bearing 15118 Timken
A–1216 Front wheel outer race 09196 Timken
A–1216 Front wheel outer race 09194 BCA Federal Mogul
A–1217 Front wheel outer bearing 09074 Timken
A–1217 Front wheel outer bearing 67048 LM

Joe, just measured a spare I had.
inner = 1.189"
outer = .750"
