F1 running boards are long because they go to the rear fender and are 114 wheel base, F2/3 that have the express box are 122" wheel base and most larger F3/5/6/7 don't have long running boards they just go to end of cab

F3 and F3 running boards are longer than F1 versions. They are not reproduced and can be difficult to find. I'm referring to the 48-52 model years.
