Any one know of a non-brass GAV housing like this? Not seen one before

Just Guessing !! Ok I'll rephrase the question and say it doesn't appear to be brass and it is listed cheaper than the brass colored one listed and shown below

There was a fuel adjusting needle that was made of steel, but have never seen a steel housing?
