Default What is this hole for?

I'm trying to find a nice clean passage from cab to engine bay for my EFI harness and found this hole in the passenger compartment, on the angled part of the floor. What is it for? I don't want to build the harness only to find out it's for something important.

Cheers

That's the entrance to the mouse hotel.
This is the 'deluxe' model with an entrance and an exit.

Since you are in Canada, could it have been a floor board originally destine for a right hand drive car? You don't mention year or anything......SO? It looks like the one upper one would have been for the accelerator peddle rod.

Well damn! 51 Merc-CT was right!

I pulled out the heater core and blower today and look what I found behind it.
