Default 56 door hinge torque?

Anyone know what the torque is for the hinge to frame and hinge to door is? Cannot seem to find it anywhere if there even was a torque reading for it. Also would you use blue locktite on the bolts? Thanks

There is no need to use locktite on any of the original body bolts having the nubbed washer-heads, or the normal hex-heads with nubbed or serrated washers. Total overkill. These bolts will not back out without force.
I have always used a 1/4" drive socket set to torque the door hinge bolts down. The socket wrench handle is only 5 inches long. You can get the bolts plenty tight using a 1/4 inch drive socket without the need for any torque wrench. They've never loosened up.

I think Dave means 3/8" DRIVE.

Google torque specs to find the specs on different size bolts and use that as a guide for the size bolts you have..

Sorry, I meant 1/4" drive socket set. I don't think there is even a 1/8" drive is there?
For removal of any stubborn bolts, I use a socket drive set one size larger than the bolt thread diameter, but for installation of new or clean used bolts and nuts, I use one size smaller. So, for a 5/16" thread, 1/4 inch drive is what I use.
