Default Fan Bushing --- Rebuild??

I have a 1949 F-1 V-8 with the WIDE pully and the fan has started making noise (when the belt is removed the noise stops). I have not disassembled the one on the pickup but have done so on a rusty one in the parts bin and now understand how they work and how they are lubricated.

QUESTION. Are rebuild kits available? If so, which vendor(s) might handle them?

I have done a "search" on the Fordbarn but I am not turning up any posts that seem to help.

THANKS for any feedback.
