How to identify what brand it is
Nothing on outside of case
Need to order new numbers but don’t know which ones to buy
Any help would be appreciated

Stewart Warner, Waltham, and Northeast types generally have little differences between them but they are interchangeable in their respective shapes. The Stewart Warner types are likely the most common but a person can find all three types on flea-pay for visual references.

Round face SW and Waltham units look similar but the Northeast has screws holding the bezel so they look different.

You’ll be better off to send it to papanick who’s on the forum here
Getting those numbers correctly can be a chore

Stewart Warner numbered stuff in the model A years but it was sometimes in ink stamp with white ink. If they put the Stewart Warner script on , it might be covered with paint. They had a cursive type font in their script but it was sometimes a very shallow stamping. Papanick would know right away if he checks it out. Waltham units had different size numbers and they had their name on the face plate. Most of the late ones had no trip meter so that doesn't help much. With no photo's I certainly cant tell anything. It's hard enough to ID one with good photos sometimes but no photos, no ID. Internally, they were all different.
