Default Any ideas what this fits?

This does not appear to be Ford but definitely a vintage distributor or magneto. I have three of these that I'm trying to ID. Any help appreciated.

Judging by the minimal number of cam lobes it's probably for a single cylinder engine of unknown vintage.
