looks like you have a pair of stock rear fenders in the first 2 pictures.
patch panels for those are available, get on the hamb board and do a search 35 pickup fenders, I think the thread where austin speed shop just built that badass 35 pickup mentions the guy who makes that stuff
those rear fenders are so hard to find that people go to great lengths try to save them
good luck with it, 35 pickups are real pretty.

the rear fender patch panel guy is Colton Hardison
Hardison metal shaping
course you could always throw some glass ones on there just to get you on the road

I just spoke with him, 450 for each patch. Going to hold off and try to find some donors first. The rear fenders are the worst. You can't tell in the pics but both rear fenders have been cut off in the back. Probably 12 inches or more on each side. Other than the fenders the only real part I need is a windshield frame.

Is your spare cab a 39 as well?
Wondering if your going to try a repair the roof damage , or replace the whole cab.

Both cabs are 35's. You can tell by looking at the body reveal at the door/under windshield. Plan is to take the guts from the squashed cab like gauges, regulators, window mechanisms, moldings, etc to put in to the other cab.

I don't really like flat beds so the bed has to stay. I got a line on some parts/fenders so hopefully the guy has what I need.

Good looking project! There is a pair of nice rear fenders on craigslist here but they are 1800.00/pair. Like my friend Bruce (F-head) said those fenders are incredibly tough to find that are good. But keep your ears open. I just got a pair of extremely nice 33/34 pickup rear fenders (just as hard to find) for very little cash. Been looking for years though hahaha

The front of that bed is weird! They hinged it with wood? I'm guessing so they could use it as a trailer as I've gotten two beds that were former trailers.

If you get a chance use a '37 bed....they bolt up the same but they are just about 4" longer. The extra length is at the back, the front near the cab is the same. Since they are the same width you can use whichever tailgate you like, the 35-36 is hinged with straps and the 37 uses two small brackets with pins.

Yes the donor bed was indeed a double ended trailer. The rear panel is very nice, not to hard to re-attach it. I would assume that is why it has the funky fenders. I know it looks rough but it is straight, and I can fix what needs it rather easily.

Well we got the "donor" truck home. Wow hard to imagine what a tree can do! It bent everything. Going to start stripping it of what I need, drivetrain, mouldings, steering. If anybody needs anything from this truck, please let me know.

This girl is going to need a ton of work, but today I pulled the driver front fender which I think I might have to use, as well as the passenger fender. Also got the hood off and front bumper/brackets. I am picking up the "good" truck this weekend. Wanted to get some progress during the down time and started working the grill. I wish I had a better pic of it before but you can see she is starting to get her shape back.

Got more parts disassembled, not a whole lot I can salvage from the parts truck. The engine is stuck so I will soak it as it is the original but I would not hesitate to put a 59A in it.

Happens more than my wife would like!

Got more of the truck tore down. Man this frame is toast! I think I can sell the doors as they only really need lower patch work. I am saving everything I think I might need.

I tried to hook another To see if I'd do a little good, But ain't no place to put it 'Less I perforate the hood. Wanted, lower side sections of 32 radiator cowl.
