Default Bad Week

Just got home from hospital after falling and cracking 3 vertibrea in neck not to mention severe gash in forehead.
A little scary at first because I couldn't move legs. got feeling back in about an hour.
Still have weakness in left arm, which I hope clears. Kinda hard to turn the steering wheel on the old 42. The car is away for the winter anyway.

The thanksgiving meal in hospital left a lot to be desired. Pray for an early spring and my strength back.

I also was in the hospital on Thanksgiving in 09 and was by birthday to boot. The help left a lot to be desired also. Take it easy and come back strong. Keep us posted on your recovery. Good luck. Charles

Richard,
You have had enough bad luck lately. Hope you have a quick recovery. We will be back north in April when the ice and snow will be melted so you can get the 42 out for a run. We will come up in our 46 and join you.

42,
Falling is no good at any time, but you have all winter to heal up. Glad you are back home and on the mend. This would be quite a scare for anyone.

Hope your recovery is speedy and complete. Falls have a way of taking the starch out of a person pretty quickly.
