That's what I mean when I say "the good old days".
That must have taken a lot of time to make, and it really is amazing.

I had to watch this multiple times! Just to be clear this was done in a 3D app. Lightwave?, Cinema 4D?, etc. - I wish I knew which one. I just checked again and it is not in the credits.

Without doubt, this guy needs to be recruited by Industrial Light And Magic!

OK I did some more digging on the internet and this video was done by Alesey Sakharov using 3dsmax, Nuke, Photoshop, and After Effects. Follow the link below to see more of his amazing work.

Hey Dan, maybe you know and maybe not, look up Leo Reisman on youtube and listen to some of his music from the late 20s and 30s. 1928 original Puttin on the Ritz was his recording. He was swinging and jazzing before Benny Goodman and Duke Ellington. He was called the King of Sweet and a gal back then who was big was Annette Hanshaw.

I've CDs of both....try to find an original photo or one even signed by Hanshaw, if you do, it will be in the high hundreds!!! Great music back then....IMO!!!

I've heard it said that Americans are nostalgic for a time that never was. I'm certainly guilty of that. Whether that film is just a fun fantasy or not, it can't be denied that at one time people got up in the morning and the world looked like that. I have often told my wife that for a vacation, I didn't want to go to another place, I wanted to go to another time.

Thank you for posting. Great stuff!

And I think it was Leo Reisman, after hearing about Henry Ford complaining about the harmful effect of modern music on morality, commented that nothing had lowered morality more than Ford's popularization of the automobile.

Leo was known to make statements that made no sense whatsoever and this is one of his classics. Wayne
