I'm not sure about '41, but in'46 some models had a rear vent window that did not open. I don't know if the rubber seal is still available for these models. Check with some of the suppliers.

I did this on my 49 wagon. 49 wagon rubber is not reproduced. I used some u shaped window channel which I already had from replacing the rear window channel and wrapped it around the glass.

So if I understand you put a permanent glass in the vent that use to pivot. I was thinking of a glass that would roll up and down and cover the window and vent window area? Thanks Jerry

If I'm reading your question correctly you want to remove the vent window and have a one piece glass. A lot of hot rodders do this, so I would ask the question on the HAMB. A couple of companies that come to mind are Specialty Power Window and Electric-Life. I don't know if your stock crank style equipment will be able to handle a larger window and you will have to fabricate a track for the front of the door.
