Default Clutch problem

I have problems with the clutch,I have to push the pedal all yhe way to the floor in order to disengage the trnsmission,I can not adjust any more because the adjusting arm is at the end.What can I do?

new clutch? if so you may have gotten one of the foriegn clutches that are to thick to allow for proper adjustment, or maybe the throw out bearing fork may have slipped on the clutch shaft

I would look for a crack in the clutch arm lever. I see or hear of them cracking a couple times a year. The pedal will feel like it is pushing the clutch in, but the crack allows for too much lost motion. Most of the time the arm on the outside of the bellhousing is the one that cracks, so at least it's easy to replace.
