39 juice brakes
I replaced all cylendars and all lines year ago. After some challenges the lines stopped weeping.
the master cylinder seems to weep around the plunger shaft Is there a collar/nut I need to tighten? The rubber brake lines upfront seem to twist. Is there a slip fitting or is that normal? Asked before twist looks awkward |

Re: 39 juice brakes
Lines are fixed. Some movement but they should not twist or rotate.

Re: 39 juice brakes
There is not a gland that can be tightened on the master cylinder. Replacement units are available and not mega expensive.
Front hoses: Tighten them into the wheel cylinders first and then make the connection at the chassis end. Ensure any twist is taken out as the chassis end is tightened. Mart. |
