I have a bracket & ball in my parts I'm taking to Hershey this fall that I believe are exactly what you are looking for. I would be willing to go out in my garage and look through my parts to determine exact part numbers and the price I have listed on these parts. There is no bearing on the ball end but these are usually purchased new when installing these anyway.
