What a shame! @GFY^%$)** Hillbilly! Take him out and shoot him for ruining a decent truck that could be saved, What a shame!
Sorry, I just get mad when people do things like that.

What "death"
Shame for what Quote:
So, it would have been better to make a crap (rat) rod out of it instead??? He used good taste building the bar/grill, and didn't butcher the truck doing it that I can see. I think it's cool. |

No more of a shame than some city-slicker chopping, subbing, slamming, and c&#%y-ing it.

I guess you missed it. Sometime in 2002 or 2003 Congress passed a law allowing cowboys to purchase footwear not depicted in children's picture books. Dan Post and Justin lost their court challenge.

Re: this guy should be kicked, 48 F1
That is really not too bad. If he saved the seats, engine, etc., it could be put back.
I've seen a lot worse restored. MIKE (mikeburch) |

It's his, to do with it what he will.
It apparently works for him, we all utilize our cars and trucks for the benefit of ourselves.

Re: this guy should be kicked, 48 F1
Actually, if people are a little open minded, looking closely at the truck one can note that the truck has not been modified that much..
The truck would make a good center piece for a BBQ rally of Early Ford cars..

I agree. That is awesome and seems reversible. I would love to have that F-1 grill at my spot at Hershey. It would sure turn some heads. Last edited by Tim Ayers; 04-07-2014 at 12:43 PM. |

Gotta say the guy is using an old commercial vehicle as part of a business....isn't that what they were built for?

Re: this guy should be kicked, 48 F1
Very creative. I would have done all similar mods but left the truck running so it could be driven to BBQ meets.
Some of you guys would bitch if they hung you with a new rope. |

Re: this guy should be kicked, 48 F1
If it were me, I would agree with Pete, leave the underhood grille out of it, put a single bucket in it and use it to drive to tailgate parties and outtings. It would have been much cooler to have it a driveable mobile BBQ rig. Put a flathead in it that runs on multi fuel and fuel it with pig fat from the grill..
