Default ID 1928 AA coupling shaft

I am working on a 28 AA truck with the usual set up of a three speed trans, worm drive rear end. I need the coupling shaft between the trans and rear end tub, that mounts with u-joints. I picked one up thinking it was correct, but turned out to be for a four speed. I just found another one in Denver; I was told is for the three speed application, But all the info I have looked at shows a different type then what I have now. Mine has a heavy cast tub, and the odd bolt pattern for mounting one end. Anyone recognize this unit on their trucks. I also think I am needing a few more parts? View pictures. Any help would be a great help. Thanks...Mike

That is used in a Reeve's frame extension kit.
The picture below is a 28-29 coupling shaft.

The pictures do not show a 1928/1929 coupling shaft. You can view a set of pictures of a 1928/1929 coupling shaft at https://app.box.com/s/h726vxhdgkqm7ukcnff9gyvv7icwhx35

Note that the front support (u-joint housing parts) were the same as for the A chassis. The RGJS should cover the different designs (the first had unevenly space bolt holes.
