Son Andrew and I started the Lincoln Highway tour in our 39 mercury convertible We followed Mark Moriarty and Pat both in there 32 Fords ,through those Penn hills. We marvelled at the speed pat lead us,up,around and down through those hills
He was a true gentlemen. Pat you will be missed by many. John.

Unfortunately, I never knew Pat McFarlane and it sounds like it was my loss. I do have a peripheral question. Is the Mark Moriarity that has been referred to here a couple of times the same one from Mound. MN that is a "Super-Moderator" on the H.A.M.B.?

Nope. Mark Moriarty (note spelling) lives in NY state.

I kinda figured they weren't the same guy. The Minnesota Mark Moriarity (again, note spelling) is more of a "Hot Rod" guy with a fabulous collection that includes a couple of Ed Roth's car. I just wanted to make sure.

The Mark M. that Denny (tubman) refers to has not only an outrageous imagination, but also has more cool 'toys' than most of us can imagine. Speaking of his imagination, you just can't overlook a vision Mark once had that he turned into reality....his "Atomic Yard Master"! Didn't know the man but all who pass leave a gap amongst us all. But gawd, I did a double take when I saw the pic of him in the Model B roadster! He looks like the spit of my Dad
