Re: A 1936 coupe followed me home over the weekend
I'm just glad you rescued it from that muddy boghole it was stored in.

Re: A 1936 coupe followed me home over the weekend
Nice find! About the same condition as my first 34 Ford back in 1972. Your guess about the $25 -$50 is selective memory. I paid $475 and got it running the day I towed it home.
I did a backyard restoration and kept it 26 years. I hope you can enjoy it as much. |

Re: A 1936 coupe followed me home over the weekend
Very nice car. It looks great in your yard. I have two Fords and though I had enough. Now I see yours and want one of them too!
For reference, I paid $250 for a 1940 Buick Special in 1973. It was a very complete CA car with minimal rust. After I took it apart and played with it until I went to college, I sold it for $400. I think I was lucky to get that price though, once they are taken apart they lose value big time. |

Re: A 1936 coupe followed me home over the weekend
I saw the car listed on Craigslist and thought about looking at it my self but just have too many projects going. I noticed in the there is a double rear bumper.
Good luck with the car. It looks pretty solid. |
