Default Removing Brake Hose

The hose readily comes loose from the cylinder but am having problems breaking it loose from the block on the frame. Pointers needed!
This is on a ‘37 with juice brakes.

As this is a non standard application, what is the block you refer to?
Normal type have one fitting with a tube fitting in it and the other side has a block with a banjo bolt into the end of the hose.
What do you have? A picture would help. Have you looked for a banjo bolt?
Mart.

No pointers really.
Secure the block well with whatever means are necessary. A six point flare wrench is best for the hose. Apply muscle... it'll come loose.

If you can slide the correct size box wrench over the loose end, use that. Six point one would be best.

Brass block and banjo bolt on the left side, 1/4" tube fitting on the right side.
If it is done like a stock Hydraulic setup,
Bill

Hold the block with an adjustable wrench and break the banjo bolt loose with a box end wrench.
