Default Fordbarn membership

I have learned a ton of good stuff from the Fordbarn, and made a few friends in the process. I have friend that I have known since high school who has be heavily involved in model A's for 50 years. How does he join the Fordbarn ? He is not the most adept at computers, but I could initially help him navigate. Thank you.

Go to fordbarn.com, click on the forums.
In the black stripe options click on 'register'.
Proceed from there.

Are we referring to the black strip that starts with "User CP" to the left. If so I must be missing register somewhere.

You have to log off Fordbarn first.
Then open Fordbarn as if a new user.
You will then see the 'register' option.
