This trip sounds great! I have heard of Model A'rs taking this big trip of a lifetime. Tell me, Does one average 45-47 mph and about 13 - 15 mpgs? Sound undaunting for sure.

Congratulations on your fantastic voyage. Had I known you were going I would habe begged to go along.

Alaska is the one state my trusty 28 Tudor lacks in her "bucket list". maybe next year. I will follow along and live vicariously through your posts.

Good Luck. I'll log on tomorrow to see where we traveled today.

When Santa Ray gets to North Pole, make sure he visits Santa's Workshop!

According to your blog: Our Alaskan Adventure you say you will be in Fairbanks tomorrow, does this mean Fairbanks Thursday or on Friday and how long are you planning on being in the Interior. I am in hopes of swapping out the radiator on my Phaeton tonight or tomorrow. I can give you my cell number if you like.

FYI - We are running nearly stock 31 Coupes. 5.5 head, B groung cam I have 3:54 rear and Jim has 3:27 gears. My avg fuel is around 19-21mpg. Trying to maintain 50 mph. Cars doing well had a few issues but no show stoppers so far. Carrying allot of parts. We are in Anchorage today 6/20 heading south tomorrow AM. Having a ball!!!
