Seated in the driver's seat can someone please let me know what the control dial positions are for turning from left to right?

Re: 1939 deluxe headlight switch
It's been awhile since I had one of these, but isn't it one position counterclockwise for low beams and two positions counter-clockwise for high beams?

Re: 1939 deluxe headlight switch
Tubman, by 39 Ford (started in 38) had gone to a floor hi/lo headlight switch. The column switch was just Parking lights and Headlights.
